#CountryKids a child's view

Posted on

After the few days of Christmas madness, visiting family and unwrapping far too many presents we were in need of the freshest air we could find! The children were also desperate to take their pimped scooters for a spin we headed to Potterne Park and rode down to Moors Valley. M&M had cameras from Nanny & Grandad MOO for Christmas and wanted to take them with them.

Here are the snaps from Megan's camera. She may need a bit of work!

She seems to have them all out of focus. So incase you need any help here is a description.

Moors Valley steam train - Scooter Park - Moors Valley steam train - swan - pylon - swan - Daddy Moo and 2 cuppa teas!

I love the idea that the children can document their own days out. I am looking forward to seeing our lives through their eyes.

We had a lovely walk, much needed to blow away the bloated feeling from far too much Christmas food, chocolate (and possibly the old glass of vino or six!) I love the walk from Potterne Park as there is always something new to see. This week we were greeted by a very grumpy swan who was making sure nobody sat on a bench. Still not entirely sure why as he wasn't using it ;)

It was a lovely crisp day the sun was shining and the puddles were filled with broken ice. We enjoyed a lovely warm drink and mince pie when we got in!

  1. It looks like a lovely time was had it's great that Megan's got her own camera and can document life from her perspective. It's a shame that these were all out of focus, I bet they would've been lovely. Thanks for linking up with Country Kids.
