I've been working with a group of Networking Mummies and the fabulous Darren Toms to improve my means of communication with you!!  I'm also aware that after 7 days all the interviews I have done via the radio are then lost into cyberspace! So I have entered the world of PODCASTS. My first one was a bit of a cheat as I already had the MP3 file from my last interview with BBC Radio Solent but I've edited it slightly and added it to podbean.com ... here it is enjoy!!
