At Charlie Moo's we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days.
Orders will be sent using Royal Mail.
Customers will be informed if there is an unexpected delay.
Whilst the majority of orders Charlie Moo's send are first class recorded to UK addresses are received the following day, Royal Mail unfortunately does not guarantee that this will always be the case.

Here at Charlie Moo's we like to do what we like to do our bit for the environment and recycle as much as possible both as a business and as a family.
We only buy in paper bags and recycle gift bags from friends and family. We always use our own cloth bags at the supermarket, or opt for no bags if being delivered. Any plastic bags we may have are handed back - Tesco delivery drivers will take yours away to be recycled.
We shred all paperwork and place in either the recycling bin or Nanny's compost bin. Any boxes, jiffy bags and envelopes we can re-use are we add lovely new labels on. All packaging from deliveries are re-used, Charlied (he loves to play and build with the boxes) or recycled.

Printer cartridges are recycled (envelopes for this can be picked up in most retailers) or refilled if possible. We only print invoices if asked but do send them out electronically via email and keep them on file if there are any issues.
Returns:-
If an item is received damaged please inform Charlie Moo’s as soon as reasonably possible. Charlie Moo’s operates a money-back satisfaction guarantee. Charlie Moo’s are happy to accept returned items for full refund provided they are returned within 14 days of purchase in an unused, saleable condition. If returning items, please remember to enclose the original packing slip. With the exception of faulty goods Charlie Moo’s are unable to refund either outbound or inbound carriage/postage charges.
